LOVE this vegetable peeler!!!!! Not only is it made of stainless steel, You have a double steel blade to help get veggie skin off for good. Handle is a nice size and easy to control when pushing down on the veggie you're slicing. My hands were wet when I used this piece and my fingers didn't slip off the handle. I love the steel brush you also get to clean the peeler when done. I really am impressed with this peeler. I love it!!! I used mine on potatoes tonight to make mashed potatoes. Not an inch of skin was left!!! Very easy to control over those awkward holes on the potatoes. You could use this on any vegetable though. It's idea for carrots,cucumbers,even sweet potatoes. I see this well made, industrial slicer lasting forever,but even if it doesn't the company offers a Lifetime Warranty! Who can't say NO to that???Price is not bad as well, you're investing when you order this item!! I've never seen as sharp of blades on a slicer than I have with this piece. I think you'll see once you recieve it, you've made the right choice!! While touch and feel of the peeler is good, the performance is subpar - This peels too thick - almost 4 to 5 mm..Wasting a lot of vegetable.. There should be a way to adjust the peel depth else this will eat up half of your vegetable..

Potatoes, carrots, or apples.... None can get a way with this peeler with the skin still on. Saved me from a lot of hassle and time. Quick, safe, and effective. Feels good in the hands. Sturdy and of good quality. Highly recommended.

Great but super sharp, takes off more than just the skin.

This is a great peeler.....I love it.....I slice zuchini thin to use as ravioli needles. I will never use noodles again for ravioli or lasagna noodles. This is a must have in your kitchen.
