These work great!
The bag is easy to setup, easy to read instructions. It really attracts those beetles and they can’t escape once inside. Very easy to empty. I have had it up for two weeks and it is still attracting them. It is a very sturdy bag, we have had numerous rain storms and it doesn’t get full of water, not sure why but the rain doesn’t affect the bag’s effectiveness at all. These are a must have item if you have Japanese beetles!

Amazing
Could not believe within 1/2 house started catching beetles. Worked great all summer long.

Works but flawed design
It catches beetles, but the plastic end piece where the zip tie connects to is flawed. Plastic and weak. Both bags of will not hang anymore because of the broke end piece.

I hate Japenese Beetles
I have beautiful flowers I have loved and taken care of for years. The Japanese Beetles kill them, eat them, ruin them, and everything they touch. People say these bags bring them, they were already here. I put one up and had 3/4 of a bag full in 4 days. They were already here eating my beloved flowers. I do other things pick them off and put them in soapy water, grub treatment in fall and spring. Beetle gone is great and a systemic flower food as well. But the bags are needed to kill as many as possible. I am putting one out a week the rest of the summer. I will make sure they are all dead before throwing away so they can't make any more. We have to do something doing nothing isn't working.
