The family (26 people) went skeet and target shooting on Thanksgiving morning. I bought a box of these safety glasses for the ones who did not have eye protection. Everyone loved them. Some kept them because they liked them so well. Now I have to get another box for next year.

The rubber that covers the ear part moves a bit, but they're decently comfortable, the lenses pop back in if needed. they've survived road grime, brass casings, and getting shoved into a cargo pocket without a cover every time I go into a building. The lens has popped out a couple times, but they go right back in, and the stiff plastic frame hasn't broken or cracked on any of them.Can't speak on the UV protection, but if you're like me and you break/forget/lose/destroy sun glasses, they are a good value, and work well. I've got two at my office, one in my backpack, two in the car, and one in my bin of pocket stuff, and still have plenty left over in the box.Can you do better? Sure but these are the 80% solution for 10% of the cost and they don't look terrible.

I bounce around a lot of things that require safety glasses. Job site work, workshop, and just general yard work. Most inexpensive safety glasses are marginally comfortable but you live with it because good ones are very expensive, especially since with abuse they have short lives.These have the optics and comfort of really expensive safety glasses. I actually forget that I have them on at times. They fit comfortably tight. No worries about them falling off or moving when I jump down from where I am working. The case is not as good as the Oakley Vault but is still very solid. I put them in the case and throw the case in my toolbox with saws and other things.Also, given the price, I don't have to worry about them getting lost or damaged. Tried a lot of different safety glasses but will stick with these. Oh yes. It doesn't hurt that they look more like Oakley's than the old school safety glasses.
