I really needed 4" height to cover all dents and scratches from my boat trailer. Since they only sell 3" high, I had to get creative. I really wanted the one with the red sports logo but I also bought two all black rear bumper guards. I cut one in two so I could extend the other two guards. (See photos). I used the larger strip glue tape to bind the pieces together and use the rolled tape for the edges and everything else in between. Not enough tape included to cover everything. Had to use other. I deducted one star because of lack of instructions, notes or tips. Like "If you're not a pro, get an extra pair of hands and eyes to help you". I was too deep into the project to get my friend to come help and I messed up my alignment. I really hope it last through the elements. UPDATE 9/21/2020 Well, it didn't hold up very long. Very disappointing. If anybody has an idea to make this thing stay put forever, please advise. Thanks.

Easy to install it was rolled up when shipped so I put a few books on it to straighten it out , cleaned the car where it needs to stick and it looks pretty decent. Had this on for about two months with no problems.

Why couldn't they use double sided tape like everyone else ??? Product is very thin I don't expect long term use !! It's easy to put the "gum" backer on the mat....but it takes an act of congress to take the red tape off without lifting the "gum". I finally put it in the freezer for a while and got it to release without lifting the goo !!! There are better higher quality, easier to apply products out there ! I got what I paid for !!
