Nice little diffuser the 1st 1 that came didn't work I messaged the seller and they got back to me the same day and had a replacement that worked within 2 days great customer service.

It's really pretty! It's very easy to use and smells amazing but if used for sleep it is a little loud almost white noise like which for me is useful but generally the sound is quiet especially for day use I barely noticed it but the smell was gorgeous! It can be set to different colour or just run through the rainbow. Theres also continuous or 30 seconds on 30 seconds off which lasts longer than continuous both last hours though!

I love mine so much I bought one for my mum too. I paid a good price for pure essential oils and it smells great even from the other side of the room. My room always smells amazing now even when it’s not been on as the lovely scents linger. The first one I got only worked for a couple hours then stopped working. It must’ve been faulty wiring but after contacting the seller I had a replacement within a couple of days and great communication with them. I was so happy I went on to purchase the second one. The lights can be on or off but only only colour changing, you can’t select one colour. The unit automatically switches off when out of water so a good safety feature. Plugs into mains with a fixed plug so it’s not usb. I definitely recommend this. Love it!

I have had this product for a few weeks and you cannot smell the oils. I have tried everything in the troubleshooting booklet and nothing has worked. However, the customer service has been absolutley outstanding, and my problem has now been solved. I will have no hesitation in using this company again, because i know if i have a problem that they will go above and beyond to solve it.

Unfortunately the first unit I received did not work and although I was very happy with the overall look and functions of the unit it just did not function. I was contacted by the seller who has sent me a replacement free of charge and I must say their response was quick and they have done everything they can to resolve the issue.
