I can’t complain about the product. The battery was packed really well. It matched the part I needed but unfortunately it was not the part that that fixed the problem. So now I have to decide if I want to spend more on the laptop than what it’s worth. I did like that it came with a tool set to help with installation a little easier.

This battery is functioning fine. It's not easy to install these but that is because of the design on the laptop. It is not because of an issue with the battery. I have found the life to not be as good as expected. A fully charged battery will last for about 5 days. I cannot blame the battery for this as the old battery did not hold a charge for long at all. I think there are some leakages with the computer itself. This is probably not an issue with the battery. I was hoping to get much longer life with the new battery, but I cannot point to it being the problem.

Just received so after using for a while I may update on performance. Having said that….perfect match for my envy x360 15-ew0023dx purchased from BestBuy. I ran a Windows Battery Report using Windows Terminal to verify design capacity verses full charge capacity, and life estimates. Exceeded standards! Great Battery build. Encouraged to break in the battery. Bring down to 5% then charge up to 95% a couple of times. FYI…local batteries plus wanted $175 for replacement battery.

I bought the BN03XL L77034 005 battery as a replacement for my HP Envy x360 15 ED series since HP does not offer replacements. Unfortunately, this battery has the same problem as my last one. My laptop only charges when turned off and the instructions required multiple cycles of draining and recharging before use. Battery wear over time is expected, but finding a reliable replacement should not be this difficult. HP’s lack of support for older models makes the experience even more frustrating. I will be purchasing from brands that provide long term availability of essential parts.

Worked perfectly. Of course my laptop went black right at the two year warranty. I took the battery out and plugged into the AC and it powered on. That's how I knew it was the battery. this fir perfectly and the extra tools were a bonus.

Easy to install and came with everything I needed.

Bought to replace the battery in my HP. It fit, came with tools but this battery is no where near as good as brand new. The laptop dies within 2 hours. It had the same life as my 2 year old crappy battery when it was brand new in the laptop. I have to leave my laptop plugged in everywhere now.
