Retuning is very simple and easy with Amazon. Go to your order area on your Amazon page. Click return. They will tell u step by step how to return. No charge . You can bring it to a UPS store or Kohl’s to send back. They will even box it up for you. But you have a limited time for return which they will tell when u fill out the return info.

It is a dual wattage iron. It is a standard 120 V for use here in the States and can be switched to 220 V for usage overseas,

Q: Does this iron have an on and off switch?

No, it does not it goes from lowest to max with the turn of a dial. All though when reading the manual it does refer to the lowest position as the off position but in reality it does not click to an off point. So you do have to unplug the iron. Then again I would do that with any iron.
