Fujifilm Instax Mini Hello Kitty Instant 30 Film for Fuji 7s 8 25 50s 70 90 / Polaroid 300 Instant Camera/Share SP-1 Printer

So my daughter received an instax mini 9 for Christmas. So excited, I started looking online for film. I came across this and thought, “this is cool! She loves hello kitty so this is perfect.”I receive the packages and she is super excited. She immediately loaded the film and took is with her to her Girl Scout meeting. She started taking pictures and the first few came out fine, but 3 of the rest came out white. If we are talking %, this means that 30% of the pictures are defective.I reached out to the seller, and they replied that they will replace or refund the items. That never happened, they did not response to me after my intial complaint. I had to reach out to amazon to get this resolved.I think this is a cool item, but be wary. In my case, 30% of the images were defective and the seller didn’t follow through on their resolution.

These films are the same as all Instax color film except that the white border is replaced with a Hello Kitty-themed one. I do like the specialty frames like these, but they can be hit or miss. Many have very generic and uninteresting photos on the borders while this version of the Hello Kitty frames are neat because they're so colorful (there are white, pink, blue, yellow and green frames, each with images)With that said, a few issues:The colored frames do not fill the entire border: Unlike most of these, the Hello Kitty ones leave a blank/white strip on the left and right of each image.This specific version of the film was put out in 2016 and is out of print. All current films will be expiring in 2018. I bought this just before Xmas 2017 and it will be expiring in 4 months.

The film works. Sometimes the cheap knock off film has a lot of duds. So far no duds. The name brand has one dud out of 30ish. What I’ve seen is that normally with knock off film, 1/5 are bad. This film doesn’t have any problems.

I was iffy about buying these from a previous review. But the film expires next october 2019 so Im happy I dont have to use them right now. This is a great deal and super cute film. I would recommend because the designs are colorful and all different.

I love anything hello kitty so I was very glad when I saw this for the fujifilm camera! Works well w my instax mini! pictures are very cute!
