Works well
I am using it on the riser pipe from a sump pump. The extra length now makes it very easy and fast to change out the pump.

Great Product And Install
This product made replacing a damaged leaking section of pipe a breeze. The damaged section was cut out and this was installed in like 20 minutes or less. This was able to be completed even with the pipe in a confined area.

Fixed my sump pump outlet problem
I ended up buying two of these because it is too early for me to know how they will hold up over time and the change of seasons in my northern climate. My sump pump pipe outlet was previously connected to a longer run of pipe by a shorter, more typical 3” connector. Over many years of freeze/thaw, my sump outlet pipes had separated just enough outside the house to make it impossible to achieve a proper seal with this connection. It was always leaking no matter what I did.Finding this longer pipe has finally allowed me to fix this problem once and for all. I did use some grease to help slide it in place but once the clamps are tight… no more leaks and it’s all good.
