As far as physically noticing...well your not getting a 6 pack over night. If you want to sweat, you will sweat!! In 20 minutes on the elliptical my spandex shirt and shorts were ringing wet. I wear it nearly every day and I'm extremely satisfied! Your still gonna have to put in the work to get the shape your seeking
