Model discontinued
The service provider who visited to install the water heater informed that the company has discontinued the model hence it is available at a discount on Amazon. Came with free installation - labour only. Easy to schedule installation through WhatsApp account of Crompton. Wall studs were not included, and neither the service provider brought the studs. Had to run to a neighborhood shop to buy studs myself. Charged Rs 400 for the set of inlet and outlet pipes. Works well, looks good.

BAD EXPERIENCE. there is NO FREE installation amd pipes , Ensure complete kit is not provided
1. 3 pin Electric power plug is not provided, it comes with open wires for phase, earth and neutral.2. No safety valve is provided for cold water entry, Also, no water hoses are provided It’s very bad . No safety valve and plug provided. These are basics for any appliance and a saftey conscious company should include these as it's not about the cost...just the hastle and time to procure additional items.The geyser delivered did no have inlet and outlet pipes. Also there was no electric 15A plug in the cable. The box had no accessories except geyser, Why should I had to spend 1000 rupees extra to get these items. Without any accessories the price for the product is 6500 very high. I could have gone for a premium product which had all these. This product is available in local shop with same price along with accessories and free installation.It such a worst product ever purchased. Never ever go for it by wasting your money, time & energy. Such a bad customer care support by Crompton, trying to reach them for past 2 days no response for both my calls and mails. They never offer you any connection pipes, plugs etc for this product but will mention everything in the product details that's not included with the box. Trust this comment and opt some good brand. Never buy it and face the issues as I been through.Plz take the appropriate and necessary action to deliver the accessories it as soon as possible.

Water leakage after an year
Just completed 1yr and 3 months.WATER LEKAGE STARTEDI have been trying to get hold of Crompton atleast for 3weeksThey are unable to replace the product yet

The media could not be loaded. We called the urban clamp company for servicing the water is leaking from the tank has got rusted to the board
