Not as described

The description is not as I have received. It says it is “Total Body Weighted Workout Bar 2-13 kg, Barbell for lifting for Aerobic, Yoga, Pilates and Exercise Strength Training in Home & Gym, Weighted bar Racks, Single/Combo” yet all I have got is the racks to hold the weighted workout bars…not the bars themselves.
