My favorite healthy, filling midnight snack. This was my mom's go to and now I eat it.

I like the cereal when it comes from the store but when it is shipped the box is smashed and the last time it had a moth in the box. I no longer order if it will be shipped.

What’s there to say really. Not too much sugar, decent proportion of grains and nuts. Cereal is expensive for what you get, but this is one of the most reasonable ones.
