Amazing poster, but it's not easy to install

really giant map. comes in 4 pieces, spent some time to match everything. but has nice effect on people, specially if there are some marks or dots on it

4 pieces map. It requires proper measurements to install. But final shape worth it.

Excellent map, it was perfectly fitted on our wall, we used very thin double faced tape. Wish I can share the photo.

Great quality paper and the price for such an educational wallpaper feature

We were nervous about our ability to install the Map which came in four segments. This was because we had read the reviews. The actual result we accomplished was better than we athough possible. Yes it takes a lot of manipulation but if you put the first segment up completly level then the rest fall into place. It took us about 45 minutes and some manouvering but the map looks fantastic.

Would have like it if its self adhesive, its unlike a usual wallpaper quality , so It stretches a lot when applied with paste and being installed. I've read the review before I bought this so I know it was a challenge to put it up. Lo and behold they are not wrong. I like the size, not paper quality as I say, it stretches a lot and will be difficult to align. My installation was not perfect if you look it closely, I let the misalignment pass as it is hard to redo it once it started sticking to the wall.

Almost impossible to line up the panels and stick them together without misaligning them and wrinkling them... I had two assistants and ended up having to scrap the whole thing :(

This map is great, but it is kind of a pain in the butt to put up. My wife and I spent a good hour putting it up and lining it up correctly and stapled it into the walls. I believe she said that the instructions were to glue it to the wall but we weren't ready for that and decided to go with the staples instead. That worked better for us I think because she's a bit of a perfectionist and wanted it to line up perfectly over each other. Once it's up it looks great and its nice and large, taking up most of the wall we put it on (which is what we wanted). My only wish is that it would have been one large piece of paper instead, but I bet that would be hard to ship.

Tried a couple of times to put on wall but is too thin and complicated to do - maybe it's me but ended up buying laminated world map that went up first time
