the carrier is ups and they are a bad carrier, it was very late
the product was good and the vendor was good but UPS is not good and the drivers are lazy and when the don't want to deliver they take it to the post office and then it's up to you to go get it, again the product was good and seller did their part, not ups (united parcel system) is to blame for the late arrival 4 days and bad delivery

My expectations were low for $10 and was blown away by how bad these are
The cables, and brake pads included are unusable. Came with 1.2mm derailleur cables which are not safe or recommended for v brakes on bicycles which require 1.5mm-1.6 mm thickness for safety. One of the brake pads was unusable due to extruding metal factory defect shown in picture. The other pair I tried on a bicycle ride squeaked and melted on the way down the hill leaving a rubbery mess all over my rim. I've used shimano v brakes which work flawlessly. Time will tell how long the cheap thin levers and metal brake hardware last.
