Body wash very good product

I tended to get gifted Molton Brown on special occasions - birthdays, christmases and the like. This particular year I got three bottles, and once I'd used three bottles on a daily basis, there was no going back.Molton Brown is quality. Not just their shower gels, but basically everything they make. There are few shower gels that I can smell on me throughout the day, infact most you don't even notice once you get out the shower. This is different - you'll smell it on your towels; you'll get an occasional whiff of yourself at 4pm after a hard days work.On to the price - yes, Molton Brown is very expensive, there is no escaping from that. The reason is simply that old adage "You get what you pay for". I'm not an overly affluent man, in fact in the past I've tried to wean myself off of MB, I've tried other 'premium' brands which have a lesser price point, some of which I've really liked, but all roads always lead back to Molton Brown. I purchased the bottle on which I'm writing this review on 22 Apr, it's now 12 May, 21 days later, and the bottle is still around half full. If you assume it lasts a month, I think the £22 for something to use every day is a worthwhile investment.As for Russian Leather in particular - it is my favourite scent. Molton Brown advertise it as unisex and I would agree in most cases, but this product is particularly suited to a man in my opinion. It has a deep woody, leathery fragrance - a very manly musk. I also own the aftershave which smells much the same. Coverage is great - you get a good foamy lather from a relatively small amount, and as I said earlier, that smell is going to cling.If you're reading this, it's likely you're in two minds whether to bite the bullet and purchase, or not. Go ahead, give it a try and you won't look back. If you're already a Molton Brown customer, well, you're probably just nodding your head in agreement.

How to describe this? Well it has a sleight woody aroma to it, also it's a bit spicy kind of like ginger? Clearly I'm no perfumery expert, but the smell is like a subtle masculine woody aroma, like something you would get in high end hotels or smell on a high end business person, the smell isn't over powering either, it's there, you notice it, but it's not attention grabbing.As for the soap, it lathers very well, the bottle is slightly tough so you can't take too much soap out which is a plus, it's squizable, but if you lack hand strength you can just tip it and it runs out of the bottle slowly as the liquid is slightly thick. Also there's gold flakes in it, something about that adds elegance for me.Price wise? I think the price fits the product, as I said I would expect to find this in high end hotels or used by high end business people, it also has gold flakes in it.Would I buy again? Yes. And my age is 30.

When ordering products like these from Amazon I’m never sure if they’re the real deal or copies and I’m never really sure how to tell.On this occasion the bulbous ended bottle makes me doubt it’s legitimate. I’m not entirely convinced Molton Brown would package their products in such an unsuitable way given that it’s bell (shaped) end makes it impossible to store in any other way than on its side. And to be honest that’s pretty poor for it’s price and takes up too much room on the shower shelf - where will I relocate the shampoo to?And no - no amount of pressing and pushing will make it retract.Disappointed. Will order elsewhere next time.

This came today and like any tine I get new molton brown I get giddy and excited to use the product. This is my first time with this fragrance and all I can say is wow I wasn’t disappointed. As always you only need a small amount on a Loofer and it goes along way. It’s so refreshing whilst Applying and when your out the bath you feel energised and a very clean and a cleansed feeling on your skin. It lasted about 3 hours after my bath. This would be great for a cooling refreshing body wash after the gym or a cold shower on hot days. It does smell like you just showered at the beach. Defo getting this one again

I first bought this for £14 in a random deal, then forgot to cancel subscribe and save and ended up forking out £24 for the second bottle which didn’t feel quite such a good deal. Anyway, I’m addicted to the scent of it, it’s insanely sexy and smells unreal on both men and women and I find it compliments my perfumes perfectly but then again, I’m a huge fan of unisex scents.
