Can you use these eyeshadows wet and dry? Or only dry?

Hi I’m glad to help😊 Yes you definitely can. Just a warning they are very pigmented and glittery when wet so a little goes along way:). So I would build up slowly depending on the look or intensity you are going for. I hope this helps😊

Is the makeup revolution forever flawless eyeshadow palette, made in usa?

This is made in China....not Denmark and distributed out of Illinois....would not buy...thought was made in another country as well originally..do not trust makeup out of China...very disappointed
