This polish fills in the ridges, heals the damage and restores a healthy looking nail again in around a month of consistent usage. After those two coats I use the clear base/top coat polish. And talk about fast drying, at least for the first two coats, the third needs about 5-10 minutes. If I'm using one of the colors I use one coat of this, two coats of color then a coat of clear. I’ve had hard perfect nails my whole life. Out of the blue, I developed white spots on my nails. I saw my dermatologist and she thought it could be psoriatic arthritis.
