Excellent battery backup

Extremely Disappointed – Battery Completely Dead Without Even Using It
I am extremely disappointed with this Urban powerbank. I purchased it a few months ago and kept it safely in my cupboard, untouched. When I finally opened the box after some months, the battery was completely drained and the powerbank was totally damaged. I didn’t even get a chance to use it once, yet it failed on its own. A powerbank that can't hold charge while not being used is completely unreliable. This product clearly has poor battery quality and zero durability. I expected much better. Definitely not worth the money and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable powerbank.

I liked the product very much, i have been using it for about 2 years now, it hasn't degraded that much. When fully charged, charges my 5000 mAh battery for about 3.5 times (2%-100%). Supports fast charging as well. Cable length is small. Yes it heats up while charging and discharging, but it was not too hot (mostly hot at the charging port). It is value for money product. Easy to use.
