Is this product non flammable and safe for the exterior of a fireplace inside my home?

It's a sealer with a gloss finish. I'm not sure what you're using it on, but it's meant for absorptive surfaces like rough stone and grout. It's not meant for an already sealed surface or a very smooth surface like granite. Be careful not to let water sit on it for too long. If water sits on the finish, it gets kind of soft and milky. I used it on the slate tile backsplash of our kitchen and it worked perfectly.

Can this be used on a painted mural tumbled travertine marble which has been previously sealed? travertine seems to soak up everything no matter what

Travertine is quite porous-If it has been awhile since it was previously sealed, i would say it should work--but as with anything, I'd try on an in conspicuous area 1st.

I have spots on travertine kitchen floor where vinegar was spilled and took off finish will this product restore

I have used this product as a professional and as a homeowner. I recommend it. Test a spot first, but I have always had positive results. The product lasts a long time. BTW, vinegar is a mild acid, so this should do the trick.
