Coleman NXT 50 Propane Grill Stand Up

I was not expecting that the grill would perform as well as my old grill but it does. I was looking for a small portable, easy to store grill that didn't require the big propane tanks that are too heavy for me. The one pound canisters last for about 4 grilling sessions, depending on what you are cooking. Not that easy to clean despite use of no stick sprays. Switched to a grilling mat and that really helps.

Call me stupid, but I got so excited about firing it up, I did not remove the label which is glue to the top: it partially melted and now, I cannot remove it at all... I hope it eventually will burn all the way as it ruins the beautiful top of the grill :(. The grill is perfect: small for my little place, and works like a charm. I LOVE it!!

We just down sized from a regular grill to this handy little grill. So light weight and fits compactly in small places and stores easily. Only takes the small cylinders which will last over 7 hrs. SO easy to move around, clean and cook on. We love it. Perfect with the little table to the side. Only down side is that you have to be very careful moving it so you don't lift it up and in will start to collapse. Also note, I check a lot of other models before buying this one. I noticed that this model the legs spread out to the side, so there is a place to put your feet when standing in front of it. The other models had the braced legs to the front and back so every time you got close to it you ended up kicking the legs. It cost a few dollars more for this model but was well worth it. Make sure to spray with cooking oil for better grilling & cleanup. The porcelain flat plate grill lifts out & fits perfectly in standard sink for easy cleaning. When cleaning in the sink, I use "Grease Lightening De-greaser" from Walmart. Spray on & cleans with little effort.

Great product - We love the trasnsportability and ease of use for this little propane grill. The only issue is that the grill does take a much longer amount of time to cook that we would have anticipated. If you prepare and plan accordingly, this should not be too much of a problem though... Overall, great product, just needs a bit more ooomph!!!

I love my little grill - it's small enough that I can put the tray in the dishwasher every night. Perfect size for a family of up to 4-5 people. We keep it on our back porch but I love that it folds up and we can take it inside for the winter because we don't have stairs outside. And when I was living in NH the fire marshall told me I couldn't have a full sized propane tank on the second story deck or a deck with a roof so to be on the safe side we went with this one. Because I wash the grill in the dishwasher and get it really clean I don't waste propane preheating the grill so one can lasts about 10 meals.

It's not a lot of pieces to put together but the instructions are really vague so it took longer than it should have. Also paint is chipping off the grill and it didn't come with the piece to install the grease cup which is disappointing.

This grill is little treasure, folds up and has wheels to pull like a roller-board. Great temperature range, it can make awesome burgers and steaks and more delicate fishes. Great for the $, light weight and easy to clean. Great for tailgating, camping or picnicking.Tip: save the foam that comes inside the grill, you can put it back while traveling so the grill inside doesn't clink around.

I was really disappointed when I opened my grill and built it because we found dents and scratches on it. As much as it’s not a lot no one will like to receive a new grill damaged or any product after buying!!

Great product at first. Cooks really well, the grates are heavy and hold a stable heat making for a great sear on steaks. Uses hardly any gas. But it's broken after just a year. The regulator has gone and no gas is reaching the burner. One week after the warranty ran out. It's an expensive product of its class and should last longer.
