Why is it so hard to find a sugar free jerky? Look no more. I tried the black pepper and this jerky was absolutely delicious with none of the junk!Is it a bit on the more expensive side? I really liked the jerky, very tender, just the right level of spiciness. However It is very expensive. $16/4 ounces.i bought it to try it, but honestly at that price I'm hard pressed to buy it again.

I tried this out because of the ingredients, in particular NO SUGAR. I did not expect to like it this much. Thus far I've tried the black pepper and hot & spicy flavors and am enjoying both of them. I do plan on trying the other flavors. The amount of protein is a bonus for me. It's also working well for me as an evening snack in lieu of a pint of ice cream when I'm just mouth hungry or boredom hungry and not truly hungry.If you're on the fence, I will urge you to give it a shot.

Do you like two dollar gas station beef jerky? Do you like it greasy, sugary, with questionable meat and additives? If so, this is not the jerky for you.I’m extremely picky with jerky and have only found a few brands that I really like - this is one of the very best. Delicious, thick, chewy, real top-quality meat with no B.S. added. The flavoring in the black pepper variety is the best I’ve had. It’s not the cheapest, but that’s not why you’re here. Definitely worth a try if you’re into top-quality, premium jerky.

This was hard, dry, and without much flavor. It tasted like way overcooked (gray) roast beef, that wasn't seasoned much, and had dried out on the counter for a while. I gave a second star because it is what is says it is, beef without much added to it. Apparently I just like more seasoning (salt, sugar, whatever) on my beef jerky. You might like it, but better have a beer handy to wash it down.

Taste like dirt, consistency is off too.

Taste was good but price was ridiculously expensive for what little package you get. I thought I was buying just the seasoning.

Over the last few years I’ve become more selective on the beef jerky that I purchase and hopefully enjoy. Some jerky has Ingredients that I can get headaches after eating (nitrates). I can happily say JustMeat is delicious and has a great texture. The simple ingredients and no nitrates make me feel better about having this as a quick healthy protein snack. I really enjoyed this flavor.
