Very pleased with this great quality sturdy treadmill easy to set up and use. Very easy to store standing up with assisted help on the lift and slow drop down.

Had the product delivered and unpacked by Amazon staff. They took the packaging away. We assembled the treadmill and then switched it on . The walking belt started to move then stopped and never worked again. Spoke to JLL and they sent a replacement treadmill and asked that we put the faulty one in the packaging ready to be collected. We did that , then assembled the replacement treadmill, it wouldn’t even switch on!We were very upset as you can imagine, I told JLL that I did not want a replacement treadmill, that I wanted both treadmills picked up asap. We then spent a week arguing with them ( with one very heavy enormous box in our hallway and an assembled one upstairs ) about how and when the unpacked treadmill would be picked up , causing me to completely lose my temper over the phone as they stated WE had to lift it downstairs and wrap it !! (I am disabled and my husband is 63!!) this thing is huge and weighed 102kg. After losing it on the phone they agreed to pick them up separately on different days ( previously told both needed to go together ) fast forward 2 weeks after the second treadmill was picked up and we still had no refund , so I had to lose my temper again just to get my money back ( they made Amazon refund us ). Absolutely terrible customer service ZERO stars should be an option !!

Really nice treadmill, came in super secure box, but some of led line lights don't work. If you press the panel the lights come bac, but after few seconds it goes off again. Doesn't affect the use, but it is brand new product and it shouldn't be like that.

Great quality, so easy to use and to fold up and down. I've used it most days, the incline feature is particularly useful, not all folding treadmills incline so high. There are lots of fantastic extra features but easy to use straight from the box. Highly recommend!

Excellent walking machine . Easy assembly. Easy operation.

After a lot of research I opted for the 550 model including assembly.But the treadmill power kept turning itself off and when I could get the motor to start the belt was very jerry and incredibly noisy.Sorting a refund through Amazon was pretty easy but at one point they were only going to offer me a partial refund on the assembly services.Eventually I got a full refund but will not invest in another JLL machine after thumis bad experience.

Been using this for a few weeks and absolutely love it! Easy enough to move about and when using Kinomap on the TV it is a great experience.Value for money.

First thing to say is the £4 add on unpack service is a no-brainer. This thing is heavy. We struggled a little with the 2 lads and me helping so how you carry this into around your house on your own I do not know.Secondly the treadmill itself is great. I don’t have a lot of ‘at home treadmill’ experience but this has avery sturdy & quality feel to it, doesn’t make a creek or anything going up through the speeds and inclines, and I weigh 90kg so this was my main concern.Holding it back from the perfect rating is the usb-ness. I have found it is a bit shaky for charging and when we had a speaker connected the screen kept dimming. Oh, and the label on the top was terrible and the ones down the side just fell off completely. The only good thing was they were so unsticky they didn’t leave a residue. I did email JLL but they basically told me to get lost.
