Snap, Crackle & Pop - this plastic is a Flop!
this Lexan is probably fine for flat applications only. If bent, especially after painting, it will slowly degrade, internally splinter and crack wide open. Also requires a high heat commercial tool to maintain a bend. No, I don't recommend this material. We will use sheet metal for future shop applications.
