After painting, it stays in the oven for about 10 hours and cooks at 950 degrees. You can feel the work on surface when you touch At the start of production, the clay is mixed with water. when its get right consistency of mud, we do start to shape and left to dry. to get it dry , its need 2 weeks. after all we start to draw,coloring and glazing. last step is we put it in oven and we cook nearly 1000 degree.Cooking part takes almost 20 hours ,first 10 hours is cook,second 10 hours is cooling. all process takes 3 weeks. please contact me if you have any questions.thank you for visiting my shop
