Mosquitoes love to feast on me like flies at a buffet, they literally flock to me like white on rice. This is a big issue for me because tropical getaways are one of my favorite things to do. Not just that but both my parents are from the coastal region in Guatemala which stays warm and humid - prime mosquito weather - and we travel there a decent amount. I’ve drenched myself in repellents my whole life, slipping away from people when I try to hug them, intoxicating others just by standing near them. All to only fight off maybe a fourth of the zancudos. I tried this product in 2022 for a trip to Cancun and learned it’s the only product that actually works for me. A little goes a long way. It’s like the white is looking but there’s no rice, all the buffet food has been covered with silver lids. I just have to be sure to let it absorb for a bit. I don’t travel without this anymore! Take that suckers!

Let me tell you the ticks was not ticking after this stuff mkay My in-laws live off grid, literally. So I prepared myself and thy children for a grand-adventure dilly dallying through the mountains of Tennessee and this repellent made us deplorable to any tick who got a whiff of us.

We primarily have Aedes mosquitos in my area, and they are the worst. I get bad swelling, inflammation, and a hot very itchy reaction from their bites for days, and they love to bit me over others around me because my blood type. This repellent works well. I slather it over exposed skin and rub it evenly, then I am able to wear shorts and long sleeves. Before, any exposed skin would definitely get bites if I left the house even for a few moments. The formula is strong and potent. Use high caution. It will eat away nail polish and furniture lacquer upon contact. It will also leave greasy visible stains on certain clothing fabrics. I got some on a bridesmaid dress once, and it showed up like a grease stain. It was bad. I have a faux leather bench, and I’m being careful not to sit on it if I am wearing repellent because I’m guessing it can damage it. All that said, it’s worth it to prevent awful mosquitoes. I wear it any time I want to have exposed arms or legs. I always pack it in my bag on vacation during mosquito season.
