Does it need to be seasoned before use?

Do not season the stone with oil or clean it with detergent, otherwise it will cause an odor during preheating.

Can it be used to bake frozen pizzas?

Sure, baking frozen pizzas on a pizza stone becomes even more crispy (need to bring it back to room temperature before baking).

1. Fuly preheat the stone to 500℉ before baking. for oven,it may take 40-60 mins (Depends on oven performance). for grill, may take about 30 mins. 2. Transfer the pizza to the stone, baking for a few minutes until the pizza is brown nicely.

1. Normally, just sweep away the burnt flour fromthe stone. 2. lf your stone is stuck with dough, pizza toppings,or has absorbed oil, soak if in water first, then usea plastic scraper to scrape them off, Do not usedetergent or soap.
