Micro Ingredients Pumpkin Seed Oil with Saw Palmetto, 300 Softgels

I started taking these pumpkin seed oil supplements about three months ago as an alternative to saw palmetto for supporting my hair health, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results! At 46, I’ve become a little more interested in keeping the hair I have looking its best, and these seem to be helping! Let’s be realistic, I haven’t suddenly developed the thick, luxurious hair of a shampoo commercial, but I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my hair’s quality, texture, and overall thickness. It feels stronger, healthier, and like it’s slowly bouncing back. The difference isn’t dramatic, but it’s noticeable enough that I’m happily continuing to take them. At this stage of life, I’ll gladly celebrate the small victories! Before making this purchase, I did quite a bit of research and landed on Micro Ingredients because it seemed like a reputable brand with good quality ingredients. I appreciate the cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil formulation, and so far, I’ve been very happy with my choice. As for effectiveness, my experience has been primarily related to hair health. I haven’t noticed any significant changes in my sleep quality, energy levels, or other areas, but those weren’t really my reasons for taking these in the first place. I’m perfectly happy with a supplement that does what I purchased it for! A couple of practical observations: The capsules are fairly large, so taking three at a time is definitely noticeable, although completely manageable. They also don’t have any particularly strong scent, which I appreciate. Nothing worse than opening a bottle of supplements and immediately questioning your life choices! Overall, I think these are a fantastic purchase for anyone interested in supporting their hair health. After three months, I’m encouraged by the improvements I’ve noticed, and while I can’t say with certainty that the supplements deserve all the credit, I’m certainly not planning to stop taking them anytime soon!

My hair shedding slowed dramatically. It took a month or so to really work, but it has definitely helped. You will not see results in the first few days but don't give up on it. I am on my second bag and will keep taking it. The pills are on the bigger side but are easy to take and have no unpleasant taste.

I started taking these pumpkin seed oil supplements about five months ago because I was experiencing quite a bit of hair shedding. I have definitely noticed a difference! My shedding decreased significantly, to the point that I barely noticed any. I stopped taking them for a couple of months, and the shedding started again. After starting them back up, within a few weeks I noticed the shedding decrease again. The only downside for me is that the softgels are pretty large, so I don’t particularly enjoy taking them. The recommended serving is three softgels a day, and this 300-count bag lasts about 100 days, which makes it a great value for the price. Based on my experience, I definitely recommend them!

So received product in perfect shape, good company and product was intact. I’m in menopause and taking GLP-1 for weightloss. My hormone levels are low including Testosterone. This product contains saw palmetto - an ingredient that lowers testosterone levels and also may block estrogen. If you are in menopause and your levels are low you may start to feel those hot flashes come back. Product is probably good for those experiencing high testosterone due to PCOS. Also, definitely not meant for teen girls trying to grow their hair long. I gave it 4 stars because it may work for those that have alopecia due to higher testosterone levels. and there are people who have had great results. So, I don’t want to discourage a person if this should go well with them due to their condition

Within two weeks of using this product I have experienced a significant reduction in uti side effects. I highly recommend for those dealing with uti issues.

So I've been dealing with hair loss/shedding for years. I've tried everything from nutrolfol, minoxidil , oils, etc. you name it. I've tried it. I started this roughly alittle over a month ago and I've noticed less shedding especially when I wash my hair. My hair looks and feels thicker and healthier since I've starting using this. I wish o had done a before and after but I needed to come on here and share in case someone like me is looking to try something that won't break your wallet. I highly recommend trying this. Give it a month and I'm sure you will start to see a difference. I've now have this on auto subscription bc this has been the only that has worked for me. (44 year old woman)

I heard glp-1's caused hair loss. So I researched it and found out saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil helped combat that. Don't ask me the science of it. But I have been on a glp-1 now for about 6 months and as yet have not experienced the hair loss people describe. The package says to take three a day. I take 2. After lunch and dinner. This product can upset your stomach if you take it without food. So have a meal first. This product is way less then nutrifoil and other hair loss formulas. Save your money!

This may work but I’ll never know because I just found out it interferes with birth control so watch out if you’re on hormonal birth control!
