What does L-Glutamine support in the body?

L-Glutamine is an amino acid that supports muscle mass and strength, muscle cell hydration, and post-workout recovery.* It is the most abundant amino acid in skeletal muscle and plays a key role in protein synthesis.*

Is it suitable for vegans and free of allergens?

Yes. Doctor's Best Pure L-Glutamine Powder is vegan, non-GMO, gluten free, and soy free. It contains only one ingredient — pure L-Glutamine — with no fillers, flavors, or additives.

When is the best time to take it?

For optimal results, drink 1 hour before exercise. Repeat after exercise or before bedtime, or as recommended by a nutritionally informed physician.

How to mix the powder?

Add 1 level scoop (~5g) to 8 oz of juice or a protein shake and mix well. Simple to add to your favorite beverages and to your routine.

What's the daily dosage?

Use 1 level scoop (~5g) per serving. Each 300g container provides approximately 60 servings. Follow the mixing instructions or take as recommended by a nutritionally informed physician.
