She never said she was using the egg whites, did she? The whole egg or yolk powder would certainly be a good thickener for deviled eggs.

The only ingredient listed on the container is egg yolk. It doesn’t es clump onto the bottom nterior walls of the container but I just scrape them down w a spoon/spatula.
