Volleyball and martial arts
The padding is great on these - doesn’t protrude out much but provides enough foam. I used to play volleyball, but have now transitioned to Muay Thai. I’m 6’0 and roughly 195lbs so they’re a bit snug on my knees especially while sparring. They do works great as elbow pads too.

Theses are not even a good deal. THIS IS THE GREATEST DEAL EVER . There good so good. Literally no knee pain. The color is black and white the white is a little bit smudged. It doesn't slip when you dive for a ball . Protect Really Well

Granddaughter loves this brand.

My daughter used these for knee protection for her after school sports. She liked them . Although ,I wish the manufacturer made a larger size.

Fits small
Nice quality but to small . My daughter was disappointed for she couldn't use them for her volleyball games at school. I guess I recommend ordering size bigger
