I usually use the main brand cream but this delivery was quicker and the cream is cheaper. The cream is clear which is a huge bonus for applying at work or out and about. The active ingredients are strong and it stops itching immediately.

It helps relieve and clear cold sores.. I wouldn't use it on my mouth, it is strong, but any area around the nose.
