I like these knives especially because the covers click onto the blades and actually stay in place. They are wonderful for picnic baskets, RVs, and kitchen utensil drawers because of the safety feature. The colors are bright, the blades are sharp like typical paring knives and can be sharpened.

These little knives are pretty sharp and last a long time. I've purchased these knives twice now. The first time they lasted over 5 years while staying sharp. I only replaced because they were starting to dull. Honestly, for the price, that's a long time to last considering a use almost every day.
