I used this product for a few months and honestly wasn't sure if it was helping with my swimming, so I stopped. When I stopped I was regularly swimming 3300 yards each day. When I stopped, I dropped to 2800 yards max for months and didn't connect the drop to the product. Then I took it again and my distance went back to 3300 yards immediately. I hadn't expected such an improvement, but as far as I'm concerned, the yards don' t lie.
