It is written dry clean only, 100% jute. **Q: Can this be used outdoors?** A: No. It would disintegrate if wet **Q: What would the durability of this rug be with dogs walking on it often?** A: It's fairly durable, we have ours in the bedroom and our dog walks often on it and there are no problems.
