Does anybody's coffee go cold fast? Like less than the 5 hours witch claims to stay warm, first use and coffee went cold. Hobbies gift so kind of disa

Coffee is drank way faster than 5 hours so I can't answer this. But I bought this for a mechanic/race car driver. He loves it and everyone as where he got it. Great gift. He's an avid coffee drinker and uses it all the time

Why does the box come in such bad shape. I read the reviews, is it from shipper, or from company?

Everything is coming from Amazons' warehouse so it's not this company but Amazon's fault.
