I absolutely love these bath salts! They smell incredible, my muscles are relaxed, and my skin feels so nice after my bath. I've started incorporating weekly baths into my self-care routine, and this has been the perfect addition! Plus, you only need 1/2 cup per bath (unlike a lot of Epsom salts that are 1-2 cups), so it lasts a long time! They are definitely worth the money and will be my go-to for years of relaxation to come!

This is the real deal. Fantastic product - I opted to mix a table spoon of the flakes with my regular shower gel and used it in the shower - it was very soothing for the muscles and gentle on the skin. Next I will try soaking in a bath before bedtime with the magnesium flakes. This product is excellent and I highly recommend it.
