I love its apple flavor and low sugar content. I take it in the mornings in fasting, I only dilute it in water to start the day with energy and to stabilize the blood sugar and improve my digestion. I love it.

I love this product. Great ingredients that help with digestion. It provides a small measuring cup thats easy to scoop and mix in any drink. The taste and texture is what's expected from these kinds of drink powder. Not very gritty and the taste is tolerable.

I'm a student who works in a hospital setting and feel like it has helped prevent me getting sick from both stress from school and interacting with sick patients. I take half a scoop in the morning with water and chia seeds and find the taste to be slightly earthy which I don't mind. I tried adding it to smoothies but didn't like the flavor mixing with the smoothie flavors.

In fall/winter of 2024, I got sick on 4 separate occasions across October-December. I work in a place where I encounter large groups of people and tourists all the time, and a LOT of kids, so my doctor said my immune system was never being given a chance to recover every time I returned to work after an illness. My body was MESSED up for a good chunk of time. In my desperation, I turned to all the health foods I could find. I always buy Orgain Protein Powder, so I came across this Immunity Up powder and thought I'd give it a shot. I mix it with either water or apple juice for a better flavor (though honestly it tastes fine even in water), and was drinking it daily or multiple times a week during my recovery stage after the third time I got sick. I don't know if it's because this product helped bolster my immune system or not, but I didn't get sick again! Now I keep it on hand during the "sick" time months, with colds and flus running rampant. I'll also drink it occasionally just to give myself an extra boost now and then. One gripe that makes me knock a star off though...it doesn't dissolve easily. If you're just putting it in 16 ounces of water or apple juice and relying on a spoon to mix it up, you're going to be disappointed. It can get clumpy, and if you allow it to sit for a bit it will separate and gather at the bottom of the cup. I'd highly advise using a blender or hand frother/mixer to get the best result. Even a shaker bottle would be better than a spoon.

I got this as an additive for my protein shakes every day. It takes good, not too strong of the apple cider vinegar, which can over power some things, this one doesn't. It's a nice additive to make sure you are getting those extra needed nutrients.

I have been using the lemon flavored greens for quite some time and I loved them. This was the closest thing I could find since they were discontinued. I have no idea how any consumer panel would say this was the winning flavor. The apple flavor is not good at all!
