Functions well with software updates now downloaded automatically or manually by the user. Documentation is clearly written so setting up should not present difficulties. The modem sent by Amazon Belgium is a German version (with only German literature). Totally useless in Belgium. Until now I have not been able to configure it for a Belgian internet provider. I don't recommend Amazon Belgium at all...
