The females in my family wear mainly long dress and skirts. Thought I will treat my mother with this to help her. She loved it and has made her life much easier. Mainly due the fact she can hang her long dress and steam away the creases.Assembly is easy, the instruction easy to follow. The build quality is very good, very impressed. The base is on 4 wheels. Very easy to manoeuvre on hard surface, some rugs and carpets will prevent movement. You can adjust the height of the hanger and you get a protect glove to prevent accidental steam burn to the hand. The steam machine took around two and half minute for steam to start coming. The performance various. Depending on material and how strong the crease are. We tried it on a cotton shirt with very deep and strong creases. It did a very decent job. Most of the creases went, the hard creases decreased. Not perfect, but that is expected. Even a steam iron would have struggled. Tried it in a Lyocell shirt and it did very well. Most of the creases went. Because of the design of the machine, storage isn’t easy. The hanger can be removed very easily. That should make it easier to store. I strongly recommend ironing water for this machine. It will give you better result and protect your machine from limescale and prolong its life span. A few options on Amazon.

This product is a total waste of money. Stay away. From day one, it’s just leaks water all over the clothing item attempting to be steamed.If you are in a rush and just need to quickly get some crinkles out of a tshirt then this works. That is the only use for it. Any other item of clothing it doesn’t work for and you’ll come out with creases and wet patches all over your clothes.Additionally, if you try to steam some trousers, it is entirely pointless.On multiple occasions the steamer has gotten an air bubble trapped inside the mechanism and caused water to bubble up and spill out of the water tank.Avoid this item.

Disappointing. The design is poor as the holder for the steam head is on the clothing hangar, so you have no place to rest it while you’re adjusting the garment. The steam head produces a reasonable amount of steam but it also produces a lot of condensation which drips all over the garment. Wouldn’t recommend

Takes about 3 mins to assemble and is quite compact for storage. It's on wheels so easy to move around and it powers up quickly. It's really good on linen jackets especially the backs and sleeves, but you need to be careful you don't hold the steam on the lapels for too long as it can make then go ripely. Make sure you wear the oven glove thing it comes with when using as this gets really hot.

I bought this for my wife who has recently lost some weight and so got her old clothes out of storage. Needles to say they were all wrinkled and she wanted something to steam them and get the wrinkles out. This seemed to fit the bill so we went ahead and ordered.She has some expensive dresses and blouses that she did not want to wash so decided a steamer would be the best course of action.The steamer is very easy to set up and use and it works a amazingly well. My wife is over the moon with it and how well it has managed to save all her ‘old’ designer gear. Saved me a fortune in dry cleansing bills, wahoo.She tells me that all the accessories works as they should and that the build quality is excellent with no drips or leaks at all while using it.As this has made my wife happy I have to rate it 5 stars.

Works perfect but tried to set up the hanger today and the pole is missing can’t see anywhere to contact you to send me it.

This is a life saver, I’m so happy with it! I bought this as most of my coats that was stored in vacuum bags case out very wrinkled! It’s ready to use under a min and very powerful! You can hung up clothes at varying heights.. the two level steam is good for different items, quite flexible!Overall it’s worth every penny

Extending pole is not too strong. The hanger collapses if anything slightly weighty is placed on it... so you’re worried that items are going to fall down. T-shirts were wrinkle free quite quickly.
