The SR Sunrise shower system is an amazing product. The plumber who installed the SR Sunrise shower was extremely impressed with the build quality and performance. He said he will recommend this product to his clients and will be buying one for his own home which says alot! I emailed Sunrise to acquire spare shower cartridges and they were shipped to my door in a couple of days. I could not be happier with the service and experienced first hand how Sunrise takes care of their customers. Very impressive and highly recommended. Five stars!

I purchased this system on July 17, 2021 as part of a total bathroom remodel. Many of the fixtures were purchased through Amazon. I was very happy with this purchase. About a month ago the waterfall shower head sprung a leak in a corner section and needed to be replaced. I checked on Amazon and this manufacturer was still selling this product. After using it for 3 years I was just going to buy another head that was sold separately. Before doing, I emailed their Customer Service and received a prompt reply that teas the defective head was covered under warrant. They asked for a few pictures and several days later they sent a replacement at no cost. Try doing that at Home Depot.

Oh, my - I think this is the best shower I've ever taken, even compared to luxury resorts. We have fairly lower water flow - just 3-4 gallons per minute, once the pressure tank drains. Despite that, this head never used that much, and the water flow provided was amazing.Solidly constructed, the unit looks great, and performs even better. We opted to mount the wand on an adjustable vertical grab bar, and used a Kohler solid brass elbow to hook it up to the wall side. The rain head is at 9'. I'm over 6' and for most of my life I've had to stoop to get my head wet - no more!

I did not write a review of this shower system when I purchased it but I am because the product is not only solid but their customer service is fantastic. The shower head had a problem 2 weeks ago after 2 1/2 years of use. I called customer service stating the problem; and after providing a few pictures, they ordered a replacement for me right away which arrived within two weeks. The product has 10 years warranty. Excellent customer service.

My plumber installed as part of a bathroom reno and at our request we had the hand-held installed on the other side of the shower from the controls. A bit more plumbing & he said not the easiest he had put in.Once the reno was complete, the head gave us a problem of water not coming out of all the nipples. Tried to move head from side to side for balance, but no go. Finally, I ran my finger across the rubber nipples while the water was on. Eureka! The water came out of each nipple touched. Almost as if the extrusion process left a bit of residue and between the water pressure and my finger, it cleared. Had to do a couple of more times, but now all good. I am 6' tall with long arms but if you are shorter be careful standing on a stool while the water is running. Once you get it going, great shower.But keep in mind it is a waterfall-type shower and not a high-pressure one. If you want a lot of pressure, this is not for you. If you want a relaxing shower, order this one.Apr 7, 2022 ' Making a change to my review & rating. From 4 to 1 star. After almost a year, I am tired of constantly running my finger over the shower head nipples to make water come out. If there was a problem with debris in the water, touching the nipple would not clear it. If I don't touch the head for a week, half the nipples have quit. Based on other reviewers problems with lack of response from the seller, I am not going to file a warranty claim. Just going to buy a head from another manufacturer. Hopefully from one made in the USA. I have the 12" in another bathroom ,& it works fine. DO NOT BUY THE 16" HEAD AND/OR KIT.
