I bought these to make mini Victoria sponges and they were perfect. I am not known for my attractive cakes (they always taste delicious though!) and these made making professional-looking cakes incredibly easy. I made these for my twin Niece's christening and they went down a storm.Looking forward to trying other mini sponges in these!

I have bought so many Silikomart silicone moulds that I should ask for a loyalty discount!No smells, durable material, perfectly cut, impossible to deform (unlike some cheap Chinese ones I unfortunately purchased in the past).Not the cheapest, but infinitely better quality than its competitors.And I can vouch for the Italian provenance. I actually walked past Silikomart HQ in Venice :)

I bake a lot and have had lots of different moulds and this I think is one of the best of my collection. Good price, good quality not too flimsy and soft like others and easy to use. I was able to put the tray in the freezer without having to put it on a tray first and if the mould came out without a mess and in perfect shapes. It's advertised for both freezer and oven use, I've only so far used them for entremet hence 4 star, but I'm pretty sure it would be ok in the oven as well.

Use this to make big ice cubes. Product itself is very good, the description suggested there would be a support ring included - if there was this would be great and worth 5 stars . It's quite "floppy" so hard to move once ready for the freezer, I can see holes for where such ring would go , but I didn't get one, answers to my question suggests its a description mistake. I would happily buy a support but they don't seen to be available in UK

Good quality thick silicone, however, there is a lip/ridge inside each of the cavities which obviously then shows up in whatever you’re moulding. In my case Chocolate. Disappointed.
