Hecho en Estados Unidos, una garantía de por vida y una disipación del calor de manera uniforme en toda la superficie lo hacen una marca deseable en tu cocina. Por la misma razón las tiendas de lujo Williams-Sonoma, le agregan su nombre a una línea de moldes en acabado dorado que terminan costando entre 50 y 100% más que estos en Amazon. Excelente inversión.

Very sturdy construction. This muffin pan bakes very evenly, and with proper greasing releases beautifully. I have used this for cupcakes, breakfast muffins, and cornbread muffins. The size of the edge of the pan makes it easy to grab with big oven mitts without disturbing the baked goods. It’s worth paying a little more for this high quality pan.

The best muffin mold I had was made from aluminum from an airplane factory -- my Mom probably got it just post-WWII. All tins I purchased later either had seams, were hard to clean and maintain, were light-weight, and the baking would be hit and miss. This Nordic product is wonderful and I'm very happy with the baking results. There are no seams, so it makes cleaning the cups quite simple. So far, the metal has stayed bright. It is also has a bit of weight, which is probably why it bakes so well...no feeling of cheap tin. I suspect this muffin mold will last a very, very long time.

I really like Nordic Ware's products. I've slowly been replacing all my bakeware with this brand. The aluminium transmits heat so well that cooking times are generally shorter. Cleaning is a breeze too, though it can't go in a dishwasher.
