I only used a nickel size and still have plenty for the next time burn clothes, there is enough for several uses.

Is it safe to use on a teflon soleplate?

I usted it on a non teflon soleplate but for shure its safe

Can this be used on a curling iron?

Probably. I haven't tried that, but it seems reasonable. I would try it on a small area and see the results before using it on the whole iron.
