I was very disappointed. I don’t know if it was the style of sourdough but It was honestly just like store bought bread. I’ve had lots of home made sourdough bread and it came no where near tasting like home made.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease over 20 years ago. I was also raised in the Bay Area where sourdough is famous. I read a few articles about how sourdough bread can actually be eaten by some celiacs. Well, Abi has got it down with their 3 ingredients and ancient starter. I can eat this bread! Heads up, they only ship on Tuesday so if you order right before you should get it in about 3 days.

Bread was okay

This bread is as good, or better, than the sour dough bread I make at home. The bread came well packaged, already sliced, and had instructions for freezing(I purchased two 2lb loaves). I highly recommend!

I couldn't find real sourdough bread anywhere near where I live so I gave this a try. Was delivered quickly, tastes wonderful and freezes great! I wanted a fermented, non-gmo bread to have occasionally as I avoid grains in general BUT don't want to make or buy keto substitute breads (I'm not keto but very low carb). This was perfect and doesn't spike my blood sugar like regular, store bought breads which are ultra-processed and not a healthy option. Will order again!
