Item does not work and they scam you with not showing up to take return. We have been waiting to return but no one showed up. I tried to cancel return so I can reinitiate hoping that someone may come, but then fell into the window of no return. They have basically scammed me with faulty product.

It shows 24 hours hot/cold .. i have tried it but it only goes 3 to 4 hours hot.. disappointed with this product..

I have used the thermos. But in 1 or 2 used one part of the opening lid is removing again and again. After filling the tea in the thermos the lid in the centre of the opening lid is dropping into the tea after the pressing button.

Pls see the pic, the cap of flask has come out such is the fixing quality, neither has the flask dropped anywhere, just unscrewing it to pour tea n top comes out, unfortunately my return window of 9 days is over, I have felt being cheated on Amazon platform

This product is really a crap. The rubber bush inside the cap broke with 4 days of use and starts to leak. Now it cannot hold the temperature. This thing now works as a normal plastic water bottle. No issues with the size.
