The seasoning itself is fresh and aromatic which I have found with all the Simply Organic herbs and spices I have tried. If you have a great family recipe for Chicken Adobo, you probably won't need this. But I like it because the blend is wonderful and is a great shortcut that makes a simple dish even simpler. This blend is my fool-proof no measuring way to make Chicken Adobo. I lightly coat raw chicken (legs and thighs) with the adobo seasoning and fresh cracked pepper then brown the chicken pieces in heavy stainless steel or cast iron pan. Then just add a little fresh garlic, onion, soy sauce, vinegar and simmer. Done. If you've used too little and find it bland, just add more to taste at the end and simmer for few more minutes. I've done variations with a little sugar, or coconut milk, or even potatoes. Delicious every time and family approves! I would buy this again and again.

Kitchen staple. Love adding this to many of my dinner meals. Seasoning is perfect for soups, chicken meals, stir fry’s, home fries, the list goes on. Always the first thing I grab on the shelf and I love that it’s sourced organically.

This is a little spicy but it tastes delicious. There is some sodium in it I recommend it though it makes my chicken taste great
