The single best way to relieve yourself of gout pain is NOT what you want to hear. Better diet, no alcohol, exercise and staying away from high purine foods will basically get rid of Gout completely. But let's get serious, not everyone wants to completely change their lifestyle in order to live without gout. I just happen to be one of those people, I like an occasional beer or whiskey. This Black Cherry supplement does more than just aid in sleep, it works on body aches and pains too. I’ve been taking black cherry pills as a replacement to allipurinol for gout. I’ve been taking one pill a day as a means to prevent gout and it’s amazing!! It’s been a blessing getting off prescription drugs.

Ehhhh...they are okay I suppose. I don't like swallowing large pills and hate when they've got a weird taste to them and these are smaller and really don't have much of a taste at all, but I haven't noticed much of a change in anything since taking them.I'll continue taking them for another month just because as with most supplements it takes 4-6 at minimum to notice anything and will update my review if any change is noticed.

I bought this product to try out for pain and inflammation. Didn't realize it also helped on sleeping. Been taking it over a week and I take trazodone and 15 mg of melatonin and now I go to sleep within 15 minutes....sometimes I would lay awake for over 2 hrs. It is slowly helping with my lymphedema pain etc. Am amazed!!!

I take on capsule and it gives me better sleep. It doesn't make me feel drowsy but the sleep quality is better.
