Beautiful dog coat and fits lovely only problem I find is doing the zip up its a nightmare. Would be better to have same design as its so much easier having the lead straps attached rather than a hole in the back but a velcro attachment would of been easier especially because I am putting on an XS CHIHAUHAU that won't sit still and it is noisy when she walks which initially states her maybe she will be ok when she is used to it lol but other than that a brilliant buy I sm pleased and so is dogs owner

The zip won t stay closed at the top end and I ve had to use a small pin to keep it closedwhich is really fiddly to do when you have a wriggly puppy.Didn't return item as it was a replacement for the first purchase which was so small it was well smaller than an XS and couldn't use

i brought my jack russle/dutchand cross puppy this cost he weighs 2.4kg so i went for a xs i could of probably got away with xxs however this cost fits nicely with growing room meaning it will last him longer which i’m please as the quality is amazing!!

This is a really warm coat. It isn't waterproof unfortunately. I bought a coat before but my dog wouldn't walk in it at all but as soon as I put this on him he was heading for the door. I have watched him for the last couple of nights and he doesn't start shivering after a few minutes. I ordered the large size for my Chiuauah X Jack Russell and it is a snug fit. If he puts on much weight he will need the next size up. It's a fleece lining and the coat is light weight. Easy to put on and the harness attached is great. I would recommend this coat to anyone.

Buy the bigger size

I have a 5kg chihuahua and originally bought the medium size which did go on but was too short and quite tight around the legs and neck, so returned and purchased the large size (never thought I'd have a chihuahua in large clothing😆) The large is perfect, the length goes to the end of his back and is still able to wag his tail and what have you, there's plenty of room around the legs and neck too. I'm happy, he's happy so it's a happy customer here. Very well made quite thick jacket for the cold weather can imagine I'll have room to put a jumper on under the jacket when needed, very pleased with it and would recommend.

This coat took much longer to arrive than stated but the seller was always quick to respond and assured me that it was still on its way and possible due to Covid was taking much longer, but I have to say well worth the wait. I ordered the 2xl and it fits her perfectly with plenty of free movement to her front legs so does not hinder her when running, soft and cosy. Highly recomend.Update - my dog has only worn this coat a few times and the seam at the front has pulled apart leaving the front harness strap vulnerable. An improvement would be to continue the harness strap round the front to allow for the extra strain if the dog pulls, this is what I have done to make a safe repair.
