I used these for a class project and they were perfect! At first I thought they weren't going to be good because they are small, but students easily found several skulls and other bones in each pellet. The students enjoyed dissecting each pellet! And they arrived quickly, which was better than ordering them from a science website.

Got these to do with my students. The children had a great time dissecting the pellets. They found skulls and feathers and lots of little bones.

I wanted owl pellets for my classes to help study ecosystems. When looking to purchase I wanted it to be cost effective. I have 40 students so I figured 20 would be good. I was worried about getting “small” pellets. Even the students commented how small they were. Boy were we shocked by how the size of the pellet didn’t matter! We had such a great experience! Some of the smallest pellets had the most bones. Bones varied in sizes so we could have conversations about what size they thought their owl was. I also didn’t realize it came with tweezers! And the picks and book were super helpful.

Loved it! Wish there was a cheaper option for “just” pellets for those teachers who don’t need the tweezers or picks.

We used this in a homeschool science class. I had low expectations but we were amazed!! Out of 20, we used 16 of them and had numerous skulls and awesome bones. I would recommend this product and will use it again! Awesome!

This far exceeded my expectations for what I paid, my summer school class and I had hours of fun exciting scientific discoveries with numerous bones in every pellet. The students loved wearing gloves and using the provided tweezers and pick to find bones. It is an amazing experience and one they will never forget.

Gave these to my students as an end of the year gift!!!!! The absolute coolest gift!
